Our meat comes from Master butchers Larder London. They only use specially selected farms who practice exceptional animal husbandry. Happy and healthy animals ultimately produce the best quality meat:

  • Chicken- Free range and reared in Dorset
  • Beef- Free range, Scotch grass fed Black Angus, Hereford and cross bread with Charolais. All beef is dry aged for a minimum for 21 days.
  • Pork- Free range, reared in Essex and fed on a diet of apple mulch and grain. The pigs are allowed to roam freely in the orchards on the farm.
  • Lamb- From the Welsh salt marshes in Holyhead and aged for 7 days.
